01Independent service
aoe2team is an independent, unofficial team-game analytics service. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or operated by Microsoft, World's Edge, Valve, Steam, or any third-party statistics or analytics website. No third-party website's proprietary code, private database, or private analysis methodology is used.
02Ownership
© 2026 aoe2team. The original aoe2team source code, interface copy, TeamEdge analysis methodology, non-public weights and thresholds, team-rank system, chevron definitions, and original layout are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law. Public match facts, player identities, game replays, and third-party game artwork are not claimed as aoe2team property.

04Analysis limitations
TeamEdge conclusions are automated estimates derived from available replay actions and public match metadata. They may not capture scouting, terrain, communication, lag, disconnects, diplomacy, hidden information, or every game-version change. Scores, roles, ranks and advice are informational coaching aids, not official game statistics or statements about a person's character.
05Acceptable use
Do not use aoe2team to harass players, publish private information, overload the service, bypass access controls, scrape at harmful volume, or attempt to obtain non-public server code, security controls, algorithm weights or secrets. Automated conclusions must not be presented as verified facts when the interface marks them as estimated.
06Service and security
The service uses request validation, rate limits, origin checks, restrictive browser headers and server-side analysis. No internet service can promise absolute security or uninterrupted availability. Report suspected abuse through the service owner before public disclosure when a private contact channel is available.
